  • Order Lost in Transit:
    If your order gets lost during shipping, you may choose a full refund or request a replacement. Replacement delivery will follow our standard timeline of 5–9 business days.

  • Wrong Item or Size Delivered:
    If you receive an incorrect product (wrong size, color, or style), please share a clear photo within 5 days of receiving the item. You may opt for a refund or a replacement.

  • Received a Damaged Product:
    If your order arrives damaged, please submit photographic proof of the damage. You can then choose between a refund or replacement.

  • Delivery Delay Beyond 15 Business Days:
    If your order is delayed for more than 15 business days (due to courier or postal issues), you’ll receive a compensation coupon code in the form of store credit.


⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, during the manual order review period. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • Incorrect Address or Consignee Not Found:
    If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the customer will be required to pay the courier charges for re-shipping the order.
